How to change bonding machine head?
Normally repairing engineers repair LCD tv screen from size 13 inch to 65 inch. Different kind of LCD tv screen has different COF. some of cof is small size, which is short, and we use bonding head 50*1.4mm to do cof bonding. Some COF size is long and big, they are more than 60mm length, then we have to change a long bonding head 68*1.4mm to do COF bonding. Some 4K LCD panel COF is thinner, then we will use 50*1.2mm bonding head to do COF bonding. Different kind of TV screen repair, sometimes need more bonding heads.
