Under a high magnification microscope, mainly observe whether there are conductive adhesives or other foreign particles remaining on the surface of the copper foil circuit of the cof module, and the integrity of the copper foil circuit. If the copper foil wire is bent or corroded and disconnected, it should not be used. Off-line treatment, such as observing the surface of the copper foil circuit if there are still particles of foreign matter, you can use a bamboo stick to pick up the foreign body under the microscope. Be careful not to injure the copper foil circuit—the surface is clean before applying conductive adhesive.
